Description
Benji's doesn't need staging. The dishes are photogenic straight from the pass, the rooms are full of natural light, and the atmosphere does half the work. Our job was to capture it without flattening it. We shot embedded in the space during real service hours, working around guests and staff, so the images keep the texture of an actual morning at Benji's: steam off a flat white, plates landing on the table, sun moving across the room.
